Satisfaction Guarantee - Refund Requests
If you would like to request a refund of the fee you paid to the Company for the use of the Service, your refund request must be made (a) within thirty (30) days of the original payment date and (b) prior to any of the following occurrences: (i) the completed application being printed, downloaded or mailed (ii) the downloadable product (e.g., E-Book guide) being downloaded, (iii) the physical product (e.g., DVD, application packet) being shipped, (iv) the translation being initiated, or (v) the substantial performance of the purchased Service. The shipment or delivery of any Service or product, whether electronically, by mail, or otherwise, shall constitute substantial performance for purposes of this provision.
Money-Back Guarantee - Refund Requests
If the USCIS denies your application after you have used our Service, we will refund both the fee you paid to us and any government filing fee you paid for that application.
Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests must be made within 90 days of the final denial from the USCIS.
- Only the actual applicant (the person named on the denied application) can receive a refund.
- Refunds will not be issued to any third party.
- We may ask for additional information about the denial before processing your refund request.
- We will process your refund request within 14 days of receiving all necessary documentation.
Exclusions
You will not be eligible for a refund if your application is denied due to:
- Incorrect or untruthful information on your application.
- Missing or incorrect documentation.
- Clerical errors or similar administrative issues.
